Happy Valentine's Day ! ♡

Finally back to blogging because

1)      I’m in a blogging mood today ( Actually, I’m always in the mood, but it just always ends up in the drafts section / I wouldn’t finish it and would just delete it , so idk where will this post end up )

2)      I’ve been receiving spams on ask.fm from anons & also from friends to ask me to update my blog

3)      I’ve finally thought of what to blog about , a proper one

2 days back was Valentine’s Day . Seeing people on social platforms getting loads and loads and loads of wonderful gifts , and also seeing people who’re like , “ What’s Valentine’s Day ?? It’s just a normal day . #foreveralone ”

Well, I was actually one of the latter , but as it always goes , there’ll always be really unexpected things that’ll happen on this day . And I guess , I would count myself as one of the really really really lucky ones .

So a day before Valentine’s Day , I met up with this friend , a really really really goodf that’s always super concern about my doings . And a few days before this particular day , he told me that he actually gotten me a Valentine’s Day gift ( Not that he’s my Valentine / He wants me to be his Valentine ) . I actually thought that it was some kind of joke , because he has a girlf . And I didn’t really think much of it . So we met at Northpoint , because he was supposed to accompany me to get my MC . And he suddenly told me that he had something for me , so I was like wow , because I had never expected that he’d really mean what he said . Anyway , he told me to guess what was it . And obviously , I’d say a rose / a bear . Then his immediate reaction was , “ Am I so cheapskate ?? ” And I really couldn’t guess what was it , so I just asked him to show me .

* SCREAMS *

It was a Pandora bracelet , and went like , “ What the fuck , is this real ?? ” And I had to like take three seconds to actually absorb what was happening . I mean like , hello , he is attached . And I’m not his girlf , so it was actually kind weird y’know . So I asked him , why he got me the bracelet for Valentine’s ?? And it was all because of one tweet .

Okay , I know I’m gonna get like judged because you guys probably think that I made him get this for me , but no . I didn’t even mention this to him at all . And I’d say that I was really shock . But anyway , thankyou ( You know who you are , I can’t mention your name here ) .

* CALMS DOWN *

So , on Valentine’s Day itself , I woke up at godly 9AM , although I stayed up till 4AM to get the Valentine’s Day gifts done ( Not that I managed to complete it , but eventually did ) . Spent my morning with two of my favourite girls in the world , Jodi & Vina , finishing up our gifts for our Valentine’s. Met the guys at Northpoint , because I had to eat , and the girls had to print photos . And headed to Bishan to accompany Vina to get her cheque . So we kind of shopped around Bishan for a while , and my Valentine got me a balloon . Yay .

Then while waiting for Vina to deposit her cheque ( I think ) , we decided to take photos . HAHAHA . And it was a white background , yay . And people were like looking at us , but , who cares .

And we separated from the guys , and headed back to Yishun to continue with what we were left with . The guys came over to finish up what they had to do at the living room , and we were in the room , and it was like so damn messy .

When all was done with the gifts , we went to the living room and off-ed all the lights , and to super pretty candles lighted in the middle of the table and swapped gifts . I was super romantic ( I swear ) , and we even had a cameraman & camerawoman . HAHAHA . Got the whole thing on tape , and I’d upload it once I get it on my hands . I got tricked that the helium balloon was the only gift that he’d give me , until Jodi covered my eyes , and the clique asked me to put out my arms . And he wore the bracelet on my left arm . A bracelet where only the key that’s on his necklace would be able to unlock it , so I’d wear it forever . Idk , this is like the most perfect Valentine’s Day gift ever . And of cos , we had a photo session once again .

Since it was the last day of Chinese New Year , the clique gathered and “ lou hei ” , not everybody was present , but well , it was a really good one . And I’d say that it was the best Valentine’s Day I’ve ever celebrated in my whole entire life .

And two days after Valentine’s Day , today , I met up with this guy , which got me a super huge pink bear , phone cover & make-up brush for my belated Valentine’s Day gift . Hehehe , such a sweet guy .

Well , and I guess that’s all for Valentine’s ?? And to everyone out there that received a gift , be happy and appreciate it , and to those who didn’t even had a Valentine , there’s always next year .
